Prairieland Market has deep roots in Salina and the surrounding community. Founded in 1978 as an organic buyers’ club, the Market has evolved over the years into its current shape and home as a local and organic food retail space in the heart of downtown on Sante Fe. Join this tour to learn more about purchasing and selling local food and running a CSA program, including an inside look into their commercial kitchen and catering business.

Seraphim Bread opened January 2018 as an artisan bakery in downtown Salina, KS. They provide high quality handmade bread in addition to promoting the food culture of central Kansas and the Midwest. They proudly use locally sourced ingredients like flour from Heartland Mills and dairy from Hildebrand Farms which both help our local economy and give the freshest of ingredients to work with. Tour Seraphim’s new downtown location and get a glimpse into their bakery and café offerings.

Light refreshments provided.
